This program aims to provide quality Medicare to Armed Forces Veterans and their dependents through a network of ECHS Polyclinics, service medical facilities, and civil empanelled/government hospitals across the country.
Key Aspects of the ECHS Empanelment Program:
1. Online Application Process:
- Healthcare Organizations can apply and pay the empanelment fee through the online ECE portal.
2. ECHS Empanelment Program Fees:
- The fee structure is based on the type of facility and bed strength.
- Less Than 50 Beds: Application Fee is ₹25,000 plus GST @18%.
- 51 to 100 Beds: Application Fee is ₹30,000 plus GST @18%.
- More Than 100 Beds: Application Fee is ₹35,000 plus GST @18%.
- For Diagnostic, Eye, Dental, and Physiotherapy Centres: Application Fee is ₹25,000 plus GST @18%.
3. ECHS Empanelment Program Process:
- QCI-NABH assesses hospitals based on specific criteria for empanelment with ECHS.
- Post-assessment, NABH-QCI submits its recommendations to ECHS and displays them on the website
4. About ECHS:
- ECHS provides comprehensive healthcare to ex-servicemen and their dependents.
- The scheme ensures quality healthcare services through accredited healthcare facilities.
