Questions owners ask
Who should take the diagnostic?
The hospital owner, promoter, CEO or medical director: someone who sees the whole hospital. If you are still planning your project, choose “New hospital project” and the questions adjust.
How is the score calculated?
Twenty questions across ten domains, two per domain. Each domain is scored out of 10 and the total out of 100. Financial, quality and operations are critical domains: a weak score in any of them triggers a red flag, whatever the total.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your answers are used only to prepare your report and, if you ask for it, your strategy call. We do not share hospital information with third parties.
Is the online score a substitute for a full assessment?
No. It is a structured, preliminary view based on your own answers. The professional Deep Dive checks those answers against documents, data, processes and a site visit.
What happens after I get my report?
